That's a "goto" call for officials. It bails


them out from making a real call. It's especially true in WBB, because of the general level of incompetence of the WBB officials cadre. What makes it even more infuriating, is the inconsistency of calls within each game. Charging calls are difficult calls to make. Traveling calls are cheap calls to make to make it seem like you know what you're doing (which most ACC WBB refs don't).
